Representation Matters:
Why Seeing Her in STEM Changes Everything
When a girl sees someone who looks like her doing the work—solving problems, leading teams, and making discoveries—it opens a door she may not have known existed. Representation isn’t just inspiring; it’s transformational. It tells her, “You belong here.”
I've seen it in classrooms, at events, and in simple conversations. One moment of connection can shift a girl's mindset from “I can't see myself in STEM” to “Maybe I can.” When we show up, share our stories, and make space at the table, we help build a future where every girl knows she has what it takes to lead.

5 Simple Science Experiments Girls Can Try at Home—And How Curiosity Builds Confidence
You don't need a fancy lab to spark a love for science—just a little curiosity and a few everyday items. Simple experiments are a powerful way to explore how the world works while building critical thinking, creativity, and confidence.
Try making a baking soda volcano, exploring density with a rainbow jar, or creating invisible ink with lemon juice. These hands-on activities turn “What if?” into “I can!” and remind girls that science is everywhere—and they belong in it. Keep experimenting, keep asking questions, and never stop exploring!

Balancing Pageantry, Purpose, Leadership & Community Impact
Wearing a crown is an honor, but using that platform to uplift others is the real purpose. Being The STEM Queen means showing girls that you can be seen and brilliant, lead with compassion, and create change in your community.
From speaking on big stages to mentoring the next generation, I strive to balance pageantry with purpose—one event, one classroom, and one partnership at a time. Impact isn't about how loud you shine; it's about how far your light reaches.
